Heidi is a registered nurse with over a decade of experience caring for patients in a large metropolitan hospital, where she specialized in post-surgical care and care coordination. Throughout her nursing career, she has been recognized for providing thoughtful, patient-centered care and for helping individuals and families feel informed, supported, and confident during complex healthcare experiences.
Nursing is Heidi’s second career, and she also holds a degree in education—a background that strongly shapes her approach to care. She believes patients deserve clear explanations, practical guidance, and the time to truly understand their health. This philosophy is the foundation of Your Twin Cities Nurses, where Heidi focuses on personalized, in-home nursing support that empowers clients to advocate for themselves and remain safely independent.
Outside of her work, Heidi enjoys spending time with her family, cooking with her husband, and unwinding with video games with her two sons, Sam and Jude. She is passionate about building a concierge nursing practice rooted in trust, comfort, and meaningful relationships—care that feels both professional and deeply personal.
Shelby Sabatke, RN
Owner & Concierge Nurse
With over a decade of nursing experience, Shelby brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Your Twin Cities Nurses. After graduating from nursing school in 2013, Shelby began her career at a specialized rehabilitation center where she developed her skills in patient assessment and the foundations of nursing practice. In 2014, she transitioned to a large metro hospital, gaining comprehensive experience in post-surgical nursing. In 2016, Shelby graduated with a master’s degree in Clinical Nurse Leadership, further advancing her expertise in healthcare management and strategic oversight. Outside of work, Shelby enjoys spending time with her family and loves to fish.
